摘要
本研究以技术接受与使用整合理论(UTAUT)为基础,通过对北京大学等四所高校教师网络教学方式采纳情况进行调查,探讨了影响高校教师网络教学方式持续使用意向及使用水平的因素。研究结果显示:绩效期望、努力期望和社会影响会直接正向影响高校教师的网络教学方式持续使用意向,进而影响其网络教学方式的使用水平;教师的网络教学方式持续使用意向和促进条件对网络教学方式的使用水平均有显著影响。此外,性别、网络教学经验会调节社会影响对持续使用意向的影响,年龄会调节绩效期望对持续使用意向以及促进条件对使用水平的影响。最后,文章根据研究结果提出了政策建议及未来研究方向。
This study based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology discusses the factors which influence the acceptance and the level of use of online instruction in four universities.A questionaire survey and purposive sampling was conducted to collect 321 sample of teachers for quantative analysis.The analysis results indicate that performance expectancy,effort expectancy and social influence have the significantly positive influence on the intention to use continuous,and facilitating conditions has the significantly positive influence on the level of use.At the same time,the research results also suggest that the influence of social influence on the intention to use continuous will be moderated by gender and experience,and age will moderate the influence of performance expectancy on the intention to use continuous and the influence of facilitating conditions on the level of use.At the end,the paper discusses the Policy implications,the limitation and the future research direction.
