摘要 结合ZigBee无线通信技术,提出一种应用于起重机监控的无线传感网络系统架构。该方案网络节点硬件电路以MC9SDG128为控制器、CC2530为射频收发器,详细规划了网络中节点硬件和软件设计,并介绍上位监控系统。该系统具有低成本、低功耗、易扩展、安全性高等特点,能实时监控起重机的运行状况,可广泛应用于起重机监控系统。 A wireless sensor networks for crane monitoring is proposed, combining the ZigBee wireless communications technol- ogy. The MC9S12DG128 CPU is used as controller and CC2530 RF chip is used as radio frequency receiver/transmitter in hard- ware of crane monitoring node. The hardware and software design of network nodes are planned in detail, and introduce the PC monitoring system. The monitoring system has advantages of low cost, low power consumption, good scalability, and high security. The proposed system can real-time monitor the operational status of crane, and can be widely used in crane monitoring in the in- dustrial field.
