摘要
设计了一套基于CAN总线的履带式起重机的在线监控系统,系统包括数据采集模块和监控主机两大部分。整个系统采用中文显示,操作方便,实现了诸多工作参数的数字化集中显示与控制,提高了起重机的自动化程度和安全操作性。文中给出系统各部分的软、硬件设计。
A crawler crane supervisory system based on CAN was designed, which is composed of data acquisition module and supervisory computer. The system supports Chinese character interface and is easily operated. The collected digital display and control of different working parameters have been worked out, which increase the automatic level and safety of operation of crane. The design of software and hardware for whole system was presented.
