摘要
针对再制造质量信息割裂问题,分析再制造产品所需质量信息的来源和特征,阐述不同再制造模式下质量信息割裂现状与危害,确定造成割裂的关键对象,并进行关键对象质量信息割裂博弈分析。研究结果为再制造质量信息割裂问题提供了一种解决方法,同时对原始制造企业和再制造企业的产品生命周期各过程的持续质量改进有一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problem of remanufacturing quality information fragmentation, quality information sources and characteristics were analyzed. Under the different remanufacturing modes, the situation and harm of quality information fragmentation were discussed. Game analysis of the key objects quality information fragmentation was made. The research results provide a solution for continuous quality improvement of product life cycle process in original equipment manufacturer and remannfacturing enterprises.
