摘要
再制造生产模式在加工对象、生产流程、生产技术等方面不同于原始制造,因此在再制造中,休哈特控制图在原理和应用条件上均有各种不适应性。为了提高休哈特控制图在再制造质量控制中的可用性,通过利用在线检测技术收集数据,对数据做标准变换可以创造出利用休哈特控制图的条件。并提出对于多工序、多指标的生产模式运用T2控制图的方法。从而利用T2控制图结合相关的统计方法实现多元控制图的诊断,提高再制造产品质量。
Remanufacture production mode is different from the original manufacture in production targets, production processes, and production technology, therefore in the processes of remanufacture production Shewhart control chart has inadaptability on the theory and application conditions. In order to use Shewhart control chart in remanufacture quality control, the conditions of using Shewhart control chart were found through using on-line detection technology to collect data and using standard transformation to the data. The method of using T2 control chart in the production mode of muhiprocessing and multicriteria was brought forward. Combined with the use of T2 control chart and related statistical methods to achieve the diagnosis of using multiple control charts, the quality of re-manufacture products can be improved.
