基于不确定条件下的制造/再制造系统双向平衡模型

摘要 不确定性是制造企业必须面对的问题。研究了制造/再制造生产过程中不确定性产生的原因并对其进行分类分析;建立了信息管理/库存模型,提出了信息管理/库存集成模式,将制造系统和再制造系统有机地结合起来,有效降低了其生产过程中产生的不确定性,解决制造与再制造系统间的矛盾;最后给出模型的作用,并通过实例证实了模型的优点。 Uncertainty is an issue that must be dealt with by the equipment manufacturers . An survey on the source of uncertainty during manufacturing / remanufacturing production process was carried out and analyzed by classification. An integrated mode for information management/inventory is set forth based on the establishment of information management/ inventory model. To realize an organic combination between the manufacturing system and the remanufacturing system. As the result, the uncertainty generated in production process is reduced effectively , the conflict between manufacturing system and remanufacturing system is settled. Finally, it gives out the effects of the model and confirm the advantage of the model via case study.
