摘要
本文利用投入产出原理研究水、电、能源与经济系统的供求关系建立相适应的平衡模型。由平衡模型可以对经济发展、水、电、能源需求作预测和计划,对经济分析进行科学决策。在此基础上为有效地利用有限资源,降低成本,提高经济效益,提出了水、电、能源与经济系统协调发展的优化模型。将该模型用于国家、地区、部门时可用大系统分解协调原理,借助于电子计算机最优解。本文利用单纯形法原理,编写了电子计算机程序,通过实例,用电子计算机求解,给出最优结果。
We deal with demand-supply relations of hydro-electric energy resources and economic system developing in this paper using Input-Output. principle. Based on this relation a balance model of hydroelectric energy resources and economic development is established. By means of this balance model we state the optimizing mathematical model of hydroelectric energy resources consistance with economic development. A numerical example is included, to illustrate Optimizing model in detail.
