摘要
利用西瓜的1824对SSR引物和甜瓜的259对SSR引物,对丝瓜、冬瓜和苦瓜的DNA进行了PCR扩增,分析了西瓜和甜瓜SSR引物对三种瓜类作物扩增的通用性以及三种瓜类作物中不同类型之间的多态性。结果表明,西瓜和甜瓜SSR引物对丝瓜、冬瓜和苦瓜的DNA扩增通用性分别是15.31%、23.04%和14.74%。但是,在三种瓜类作物不同类型之间具有多态性扩增的SSR引物较少,其中在有棱丝瓜和无棱丝瓜之间、冬瓜和节瓜之间、8个不同特性苦瓜材料之间具有多态性扩增的SSR引物分别只占所有筛选引物的3.46%、0.38%和1.68%。
In this study, by PCR amplification with the genomic DNA of towel gourd, wax gourd and bitter gourd, 1 824 watermelon SSR primers and 259 melon SSR primers were tested for analyzing their versatility and polymorphism of various types among three cucurbitaceae crops. The results indicated that the versatility of SSR primers amplification in towel gourd, wax gourd and bitter gourd was 15.31%, 23.04% and 14.74%, respectively. However, the polymorphism level of all these SSR primers among three cucurbitaceae crops and various types was very low. The ratio of polymorphism SSR primers between ridge gourd and sponge gourd, wax gourd and chieh-qua and among eight bitter gourds from different origins was 3.46%, 0.38% and 1.68%, respectively.
