摘要
分析了基于旋转电弧传感器的熔化极电弧焊的热源模型,利用有限元软件对温度场进行了计算。在不同焊接规范下,对试验所得熔宽和熔深值与模拟值进行比较,结果基本一致,为进一步研究熔池流场打下了基础。
Rotating arc sensor based on the electric arc welding of melting a heat source model was analyzed;the finite element software on temperature field was calculated.In different welding procedures of test,melting depth and width value were compared with simulated value,which shows the data are closed.The experiment lays the foundation for further research of the flow field of molten pool.
