摘要
焊接电弧含有丰富的信息 ,反映着电弧中的各种物理化学变化过程 .为了深入探求熔化极焊接电弧熔滴过渡过程 ,通过信息的降维处理 ,从多维复杂的焊接电弧弧光信息中提取出真实反映熔滴过渡的特征光谱信息 .详细介绍电弧光降维处理过程并进行了一系列实验 .实验结果表明 :通过上述方法所获得的熔滴过渡特征光谱信息不仅具有较高的信噪比 。
Information abundant in welding arc reflects all the physical and chemic change processes. To hunt for the process of droplet transfer in GMAW, we have picked-up true character spectral information of metal transition from multi dimension arc light by lowering the signal information. The paper particularly introduced the lower dimension apparatus and has done a series of experiments. The results show that this information not only has high Signal-to Noise ratio character but also has more abroad adaptability.
