摘要
采用等离子弧焊(PAW)、不添加焊丝的方法对基层碳钢进行打底焊接,再采用埋弧焊(SAW)、选用焊丝H08Mn A、焊剂SJ101对碳钢基层进行盖面焊接;其次采用非熔化极电弧焊(TIG)、选用焊丝ER309L和ER308L分别焊接Q245R/0Cr18Ni9不锈钢板的过渡层和复合层。对复合板接头进行力学性能测试,结果表明接头的抗拉强度、屈服强度以及延伸率均在母材力学性能要求的范围内,且拉伸试件的断裂部位均在母材部位,对不锈钢复层进行晶间腐蚀试验,腐蚀之后焊缝表面并没有发生腐蚀开裂;进一步说明焊接工艺的可行性,能够满足实际生产需要。
The cladding metal and transition region of Q245R/0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel composite plate are welded by tungsten inert gas arc welding(TIG) with ER309L and ER308L welding wire ;the base layer is welded by plasma arc welding(PAW) and by submerged arc automatic SAW with H08MnA welding wire and SJ101 Welding Flux. Results of mechanical properties test showed that the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of welded joints were in the range of the mechanical properties of the base metal, and all the tensile samples broke at the position of base material. The cladding metal of composite plate was carried out on the intergranular corrosion test,and the weld surface did not have corrosion cracking,which was announced that the mechanical properties of welded joint was better and the welding technology was feasible, thus these two kinds of welded joint could meet the practical requirements of engineering structure.
