摘要
目的:对128层螺旋CT在心脏冠状动脉成像中扫描参数进行探究。方法:选取2010—2011年在我院进行心脏冠状动脉扫描的患者150名,根据患者心率不同将其分为4组,分别选择单扇区SSEG扫描,SSEG扫描,双扇区SSB扫描,SSB扫描模式。患者进行128层螺旋CT扫描。扫描结果由资深影像科医师在完全不知情的情况下根据心率与扇区选择对成像质量进行评分,然后将不同扫描模式评分进行对比。结果:84例SSEG扫描模式中16例低于推荐螺距值,60例自动选择与推荐螺距值结果一致;因此心率越快,对比剂所需的用量越少;不同心率和扇区图像成像质量差异明显,对于心率70次以上应使用SSB扫描。结论:128层螺旋CT选择适当的对比剂量和参数时,应根据心率调节螺距值以及进行扇形区的选择等多方面参数,这是增加成功率、保证获得高质量图像的前提。
Objective:To explore the function of 128-slice CT scanning in the coronary angiograph.Methods:Rommandly select 150 patients in our section with coronary angiograph from 2010 to 2011.Based on the difenece of the heart rate,divide the cases to 4 group,which include SSEG single scanning mode,SSEG scanning mode,SSB scanning mode,SSB double scanning.Results:In 84 case of SSEG scanning mode,the pitch value of 16 cases were lower than the recommended pitch value,and that of the 60 case was according with the recommended pitch value.We can conclude that,faster the heart rate,less the required contrast dosage.There was a significant difference between the quality of the different heart rate and different sectors.Conclusion:128-slice spiral CT scanning play a impotant role in the coronary angiograph.
