摘要
针对传统龙门刨床存在的问题,采用PLC和变频技术对其电气控制系统进行了改造。工作台主拖动及进给机构采用变频器进行控制,控制电路采用PLC进行逻辑控制。对电力拖动系统主回路、PLC外部接线和系统控制流程进行了设计。改造后的龙门刨床运行可靠性和控制水平有很大提高。
In view of the defects in traditional planers, the electric control system of planers based on PLC and converter technology is re-formed. The main dragging of workbench and feed mechanism are controlled by inverter, while the control circuit is logically controlled by PLC. The main circuit of electric dragging system, the external wiring of PLC and the control process of the system are designed. After re- formation, the reliability and control level of the planer are both greatly improved.
