摘要
建立了水稻植质钵育栽植机的栽植机构关键部件秧针的运动的数学模型,并借助Matlab软件编程,精确的获得秧针端点E的理论运动轨迹。然后采用与SolidWorks无缝集成的COSMOS Mo-tion三维动力学仿真软件模拟水稻植质钵育栽植机的分插机构运动过程,从而得到栽植机构秧针前端点的运动轨迹图,验证了理论运动轨迹。另外,还对秧针端点E的理论运动速度v及角速度ω进行了仿真分析,这对栽植机构的结构参数的合理选取较为重要。
A mathematic model for rice seeding transplanted ramification frameworks was established with the equation and Matlab program, and achieveing the transplanted ramification tip point's heoriotical motion tracks,at the same time, carrying on the simulation with the solid work's COSMOS Motion model, the chat of ramification frameworks tip point's motion tracks were achieved, heriotical motion tracks were also verified,the heoriotical motion's velocity and palstance were analised.in order to provide basis for choosing reasonable structure parameter of plant mechanism.
