摘要
由5-溴-2-羟基苯基乙酮和4-硝基苯甲酰肼在乙醇溶剂中反应得到5-溴-2-羟基苯基乙酮-4-硝基苯甲酰腙(H2L),以该酰腙为配体,与吡啶、硝酸锌反应,水热合成制得一个新的双核配合物5-溴-2-羟基苯基乙酮-4-硝基苯甲酰腙吡啶锌(Ⅱ)(CCDC:851546),并培养成单晶。通过元素分析、红外分析和X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征。该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数a=1.179 89(9)nm,b=1.648 05(12)nm,c=1.023 00(8)nm,β=96.967 0(10)°,Dc=1.751 mg/m3。荧光光谱表明,配体和配合物均具有荧光性能,在475.0 nm处配合物的荧光强度得到了明显增强。
In this paper, a compound of 5-bromo-2-hydroxyphenyl methyl ketone-4-nitrobenzoyl hydrazone (H2L) was synthesized through the reaction of 5-bromo-2-hydroxyphenyl ethyl ketone with 4- nitrobenzoyl hydrazine and ethanol. A new complex of dinuclear 5-bromo-2-hydroxyphenyl (methyl) methylene-4-nitrobenzohydrazide pyridinezinc (Ⅱ)( CCDC: 851546) was hydrothermally synthesized through the reaction of the ligand with pyridine and zinc nitrate, and was subsequently cultured into a single crystal. The compound was characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The results show that the crystal belongs to the monoclinic system with space group P2Jc,with a = 1. 179 89(9) nm,b = 1. 648 05(12) nm,c = 1. 023 00(8) nm,β = 96. 967 0(10)°,Dc = 1. 751 mg/m3. Fluorescence spectra show that both the ligand and the complex have fluorescent properties, and the fluorescence intensity of the complex has been significantly enhanced in 475.0 nm.
