摘要
以5-溴-2-羟基苯基乙酮对羟基苯甲酰腙为配体,与吡啶、氯化镍反应,水热合成制得新型芳酰腙类配合物(C15H12N2O3B r)N i(C5H5N)(CCDC:816141),并培养成单晶。通过元素分析和X射线单晶衍射对化合物进行了表征,配合物属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数a=3.272(2)nm,b=0.622 7(4)nm,c=2.301 6(15)nm,β=122.06(4)o,V=3.974(4)nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.624 mg/m3。抑菌实验表明,标题化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌均有一定的抑菌效果,其中配合物比相应配体的抑菌活性强。
Complexes of new acylhydrazone 5-bromo-2-hydroxyphenyl-(methyl) methylene-4-hydroxybenzohydrazide pyridinenickel(II)(CCDC:816141) was synthesized from the reaction of 5-bomo-2-hydroxyphenyl-(methyl)methylene-4-hydroxybenzohydrazide with pyridine and nickel chloride.The compound was characterized by elemental analysis and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system with space group C2/c,with a=3.272(2) nm,b=0.622 7(4) nm,c=2.301 6(15) nm,β=122.06(4)o,V=3.974(4) nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.624 mg/m3.The antibacterial experiments indicate that they have antibacterial activity to E.Co-li,S.aureus,B.subtilis and the complex has higher activity than the ligand.
