摘要
高等教育具有促进社会流动、优化社会分层的功能。在高等教育大众化阶段,教育机会的扩大,从理论上讲,是增加了促进社会分层趋向均衡的可能性。但现实中由于弱势阶层子女在获得高等教育机会、优质教育资源和就业上处于劣势,高等教育反而成为维持和复制不公平的社会结构的工具。
The higher education has the function of advancing social mobility and optimizing the social stratification.In the stage of mass higher education,expanding of educational opportunities theoretically improves the possibility of balancing the social stratification.However,in reality,higher education becomes the tool of maintaining and duplicating the unfair social structure in that the students form vulnerable classes are in the inferior status in getting educational opportunities and good educational resources.
