摘要
外聘教师是民办高校师资队伍中不可或缺的重要组成部分。针对当前民办高校外聘教师资源管理,探讨民办高校聘任校外教师的缘由,从教学角度和管理角度分析对外聘任教师存在的问题,提出民办高校加强外聘教师管理的几点建议,对民办高校的可持续发展具有特殊意义。
Part-time teachers are an important part of the teaching staff in non-governmental institutions of high learning.This paper analyzes the reasons of non-governmental institutions of high learning employing the part-time teachers.From the angles of teaching and management,this paper explores the problems existing in non-governmental institutions of high learning.Meanwhile,the author also proposes several countermeasures to strengthen the management of part-time teachers.Therefore,this paper is significant to sustainable development of non-governmental higher education.
