摘要
本研究采用3个不同的杂交组合,"青苗豆×泉州麻壳"、"富川大花生×隆安宝湾花生"和"汕油162×Sunoleic95R",分别对其F2代油酸/亚油酸比值(O/L)进行柱形图分析,结果表明:不同的亲本其后代就呈现出不同的图形分布,一个杂交组合后代呈现多峰,另外两个是偏离正态分布的单峰,根据图形分布可以判断出O/L是有主基因控制的数量性状.
Six peanut varieties are used to make three crosses, "qing miao dou × quan zhou make" "fu chuan da peanut × long an bao peanut" and "shanyou 162 × Sunoleic95R". The fatty acid component of the derived F2 seeds are determined by gas chromatography and the genetics O/L ratio of F2 is analysed by frequency distribution. Shanyou162 × SunOleic95R showed a multi-peak, tohile the other two crosses are single-peak of the normal distribution,The results indicate that the frequency distri- bution of O/L ratio in F2 generations of three crosses is continous, showing that the inheritance O/L is controlled by complex genes : "Major gene plus polygenes".
