花生油酸/亚油酸比值(O/L)遗传研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究采用三个不同的杂交组合,"青苗豆×泉州麻壳"、"富川大花生×隆安宝湾花生"和"汕油162×Sunoleic95R",分别对其F2代油酸/亚油酸比值(O/L)进行柱形图分析。结果表明,不同的亲本其后代呈现出不同的图形分布,一个杂交组合后代呈现多峰,另外两个是偏离正态分布的单峰,根据图形分布可以判断出O/L是由主基因控制的数量性状。 Six peanut varieties were used to make three crosses,"Qingmiaodou×Quanzhoumake","Fuchuandahuasheng×Longanbaowanhuasheng" and "Shanyou162×Sunoleic95R".The fatty acid component of the derived F2 seeds were determined with gas chromatography and the genetics O/L ratio of F2 was analysed with frequency distribution.Shanyou162×SunOleic95R showed a multi-peak,the other two crosses are single-peak of the normal distribution.The result indicated that the frequency distribution of O/L ratio in F2 generations of three crosses was continous,showing that the inheritance O/L was controlled by complex genes.
