摘要
2003年利用返回式卫星搭载花生品种粤油7号种子,回收返地后种植。田间试验结果显示,SP1代未出现显著的变异,但在SP2和SP3中发现荚果大小、形状和种皮颜色等变异。太空诱变为开发新的花生种质和有用的基因提供了有效的方法。
The seeds of peanut variety, Yueyou No. 7 were carried into space by a recoverable satellite in 2003. After returning back to earth, the seeds and their progenies were planted in field, The results showed that there were no significant differences between SP1 and control,however, some variability of pods were found in SP2 and SP3. The space mutation is a very effective method to develop new peanut germplasms and useful genes.
