Anti-oxidative Effect of Different Dose of Grape Seed Extract in Human Body

摘要 目的研究不同剂量的葡萄籽提取物软胶囊对人体抗氧化能力的影响。方法选择60~65岁的健康志愿者28人,随机分为对照组和低、中、高3个剂量组,每组7人,对照组采用空白对照。3个剂量组受试者每天口服相当于原花青素50,100,150 mg的葡萄籽提取物软胶囊,连续服用1个月。试验前后各测1次血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(maleic dialdehyde,MDA)含量。结果高剂量组SOD活性较试验前升高(P<0.05);中、高剂量组GSH-Px活性均高于试验前(P<0.05,P<0.01),高剂量组高于对照组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组MDA含量均低于试验前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论服用葡萄籽提取物软胶囊1个月后,中、高剂量组(100,150 mg)具有显著的抗氧化作用。 Objective To study the anti-oxidative effect of different dose of grape seed extract soft capsule in human body.Methods Twenty-eight healthy volunteers aging from 60 to 65 were randomly divided into four groups: control group and low dose,middle dose,high dose group.Seven volunteers were in each group.The control group was given nothing.Each dose group was given grape seed extract soft capsule equivalent to 50 mg,100 mg or 150 mg of procyanidin forone month.The activities of SOD、GSH-Px and the level of MDA in serum were measured both prior to and after the experiment.Results After the experiment,the SOD activity in the high dose group was higher than before(P0.05);the GSH-Px activities in the middle and high dose groups were both higher than before(P0.05,P0.01,respectively) and that in the high dose group was higher than control group(P0.05);the levels of MDA in the middle and high dose groups were both lower than before(P0.05,P0.01,respectively) and were also lower than control group(P0.05,P0.01,respectively).Conclusion After orally taken grape seed extract soft capsule for one month,middle and high dose groups(100 mg,150 mg) can show significant anti-oxidative effect.
