复方丹参滴丸的体内代谢产物分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的快速分析复方丹参滴丸中原儿茶醛、原儿茶酸、丹参素3种成分在大鼠尿和粪中的代谢产物。方法大鼠灌胃给予复方丹参滴丸,收集12 h内的尿和粪,采用LC-MS/MS法,以多反应监测(MRM)和二级全扫描质谱(full scan MS2)方式,对大鼠尿和粪中复方丹参滴丸3种成分的代谢产物进行分析和鉴定。结果在大鼠尿中检测到2种原形和6种代谢物,在粪中检测到1种原形和1种代谢物。结论本方法简便、快速,适用于复方丹参滴丸体内代谢产物的分析。 Objective To investigate the metabolites of protocatechuic aldehyde, protocatechuic acid and Danshensu which were three ingredients in compound prescription salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill (CDDP, a traditional Chinese medicine). Methods The CDDP and its metabolites in the rat urine and feces were identified through MRM and fall scan MS2 by liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. Results Two primary forms and six metabolites were detected in the urine, and one primary form and one metabolite were detected in the feces. Conclusions The method is simple and quick, which can be used to identify the metabolites of CDDP in vivo of rats.
