摘要
当代师生观由现代向后现代的转型为我国新课程改革提供了有益的启示,引发了人们对师生关系的重新思考。即以一种全面的、多元化的视角反思师生在教育过程中的地位和作用,以实现师生角色的转换和超越:从对立中的主客体角色到共享关系中的对话者;从书本知识的沉迷到对师生个体经验的尊重;从单级表演到师生生命意义共建;由甄别评价到对师生个体发展的关注。
Conversion of contemporary views of teacher and student from modem to postmodem provides beneficial enlightenment of the new curriculum reform, causing people to think over the relationship between teachers and students again. In order to transfer and surpass the modern relationship, some overall, diversified perspectives should be introduced to reflect the status and role: from the opposition between subiect and object role to the interlocutors in the shared relationship, from addiction to the book knowledge to the respect to teachers and students' individual experiences, from a single stage performance to building the meaning of life between teachers and students, and from evaluation of teachers and students to attention to individual development.
