摘要
床边教学是联系医学理论知识和实践的重要环节。传统的教学方法多以教师为中心,以知识点灌输为主要方法,学习效率较低。基于案例的学习(CBL)的教学模式则以学生为主导,问题为导向。将CBL融入呼吸科床边教学可有效激发学生的主观能动性,帮助学生提高自主学习、应用理论知识以及用循证医学方法解决临床问题的能力,促进正确临床思维的形成。
Bedside teaching is an important bridge of knowledge and practice for medical education.Traditional teaching methods are teacher-centered,and the main tool is teaching knowledge points,which is inefficient.In comparison,case-based learning(CBL) is a student-oriented method.The integration of CBL into the bedside teaching of respiratory diseases can effectively stimulate the students' learning initiative,and can help to improve their learning skills and the capacity of applying theoretical knowledge to solve clinical problems and can promote the formation of the correct clinical thinking.
