摘要
分别用蛋白酶处理和自制树脂类整理剂进行了兔毛针织物防掉毛整理研究,通过摩擦测试获得掉毛曲线和掉毛速率曲线。因为酶用量和处理时间的增大对防掉毛效果不利,所以要确定蛋白酶处理的最佳酶用量和处理时间。适量的树脂整理剂可使防掉毛效果达最佳,而且织物硬挺度变化不大。根据抽拔实验,比较蛋白酶处理的织物和树脂整理剂处理的织物的防掉毛效果。
Anti-hairfalling finishing was researched on rabbit knitted fabrics with protease or self-made resin.We can obtain the curves of hairfalling and hairfalling velocity by the tribotest.During the treatment of protease,the increasement of concentration and processing time were not good for the anti-hairfalling finishing.Therefore optimal concentration and suitable processing time should be determined.In addition,the amount of resin was determined to attain optimum results of anti-hairfalling.What′s more,the stiffness of the fabric should not be significantly changed.Eventually the results of protease finishing and resin finishing were compared by the pulling-out test.
