摘要
通过对国内外毛织物掉毛测试标准及相应的测试方法进行梳理,得出国内毛织物掉毛测试方法主要分为掉毛测试仪法、洗涤法以及织物起球箱法3种;国外毛织物掉毛测试方法因不同国家而不同,列举了JIS、EN、ASTM 3个不同标准体系的不同测试方法。同时指出了国内毛织物掉毛测试标准体系的不足:存在着标准覆盖面不全、标准相对滞后,产品标准缺乏对掉毛指标的考核等问题,并建议国内毛织物掉毛测试评价指标可参考国外的评价指标,采用称量与评级相结合的方式考核织物的掉毛情况。
The paper introduces the test method and evaluation index of wool fabric hair lossat home and abroad,concluded domestictest method of wool fabric hair loss mainly includes three kinds of methods：instrument of fallen hair,laundering and pilling box method; test method of wool fabric hair loss of foreigncountries vary as a result of different countries,JIS,EN and ASTM three standard systemswerelisted.Then it points out the shortages of the domesticstandard system,including poor coverage,relatively lagged,product standardslack theevaluation of the hair loss,and suggest referencing the foreign evaluation index,a method of combining weighing with rating is suggested to assess wool fabric hair loss.
