摘要
探讨兔毛纤维表面性能对兔毛纤维表面摩擦因数及纤维抱合力的影响。研究表明,由于兔毛纤维表面鳞片翘角小、数量少使得兔毛纤维表面摩擦因数较小,抱合力较差,可纺性较差,因此兔毛纤维纯纺产品较少。提出适当增加纺纱的环境温湿度,采用机械、等离子、接枝、酶处理等几种兔毛纤维表面改性方法,确定合理的混纺纱比例、纺纱捻度,以及对毛纤维梳理机械的改进以提高兔毛纤维的可纺性,为兔毛纤维的应用提供一定的借鉴意义。
Surface friction coefficient and cohesive force of rabbit hair fibers were studied by research surface properties of rabbit hair fibers. Research showed that the value of surface friction coefficient and cohesive force of rabbit hair fibers were inferior because of smaller scale rake angle and lesser scales, which were resulted in few pure spinning products of rabbit hair fibers. Based on analysis, 4 suggests of suitable temperature and humidity for spinning, rabbit hair fiber surface modification of mechanical, isohydric solution, stem grafting or enzyme treatment and so on, reasonable blended yarn and twist of yarn and improvement of wool fiber carding machine for improving spinnability were made for providing certain references for the further application of rabbit hair fibers.
