摘要
兔毛纤维含有相当丰富的角蛋白,但其在纺织加工中产生大量的下脚料,浪费了大量的资源同时产生环境污染。文中采用还原C法制备兔毛角蛋白溶液,以实现兔毛角蛋白的回收再利用,利用SDS溶液提取兔毛角蛋白,探讨了SDS浓度对兔毛角蛋白溶液溶解率的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,SDS的浓度对兔毛纤维的溶解率有影响,当其浓度达到15 g/L所对应的浓度为最优方案,此时兔毛溶解最充分,其角蛋白溶液的浓度也达到较高的水平;之后SDS浓度影响逐渐降低,增加的趋势越来越平缓。
TRabbit hair fiber contains quite a lot of keratin, but it produces a lot of waste in textile processing,which wastes a lot of resources and produces environmental pollution. In this paper, the rabbit hair keratin solution was prepared by reducing C method to recover and reuse rabbit hair keratin. The rabbit hair keratin was extracted by SDS solution, and the effect of SDS concentration on the dissolution rate of rabbit hair keratin solution was discussed. The results show that the concentration of SDS had an effect on the dissolution rate of rabbit hair fiber within a certain range, but the concentration corresponding to the concentration of 15 g/L was the optimal solution.At this time, the rabbit hair was most dissolved, and the keratin solution was the concentration also reached a higher level;after that, the influence of SDS concentration gradually decreased, and the increasing trend became more and more gradual.
