摘要 选用阳离子改性剂WLS对羊毛纤维进行改性,研究石榴皮色素对改性羊毛纤维的染色性能。探讨WLS改性工艺条件对羊毛纤维石榴皮色素染色性能的影响,确定出最佳改性工艺条件,并评价改性羊毛纤维石榴皮色素染色效果。结果表明,改性羊毛纤维对石榴皮色素的染色性能明显改善,在不加媒染剂,染色温度为60℃条件下上染百分率很高,且其吸附过程可以用准二级动力学方程描述,这对天然色素的研究应用以及羊毛纤维的低温染色有重要意义。 Wool fiber was modified by cationic agent WLS.After dyeing with pomegranate husk pigment,the influence of the modifying technology conditions on dyeing property was explored,and the optimum modifying technology conditions was determinated and dyeing effect was evaluated.The results indicated that the dyeing property of the modified wool fiber dyed with pomegranate husk pigment was improved.When the dyeing temperature was 60 ℃ and did not add mordant,the dyeing percentage was very high,and its adsorption process can be described with pseudo second-order kinetic equation.It was significant to the research and the application of natural pigments and to the study of dyeing wool fiber in low temperature.
