摘要
棉织物用色媒体改性后,采用直接染料在无盐条件下染色。研究了几种主要因素对上染百分率的影响。结果表明,棉织物色媒体改性的最佳工艺为:色媒体用量3%(o.w.f.),60℃浸渍30分钟,浴比为20∶1;优化染色工艺为:直接染料2%(o.w.f.),染色温度为90℃。与传统工艺相比该工艺具有工艺简便、生产成本低、对环境污染小等优点。
Cotton fabrics were modified by color-media and then dyed with direct dyes without salt.The effects of some main factors on the rate of dye-uptake were studied.The results showed that optimum process for cotton modified by color-media were as follows:color media content 3%(o.w.f.),dipping at 60℃ for 30 minutes and bath ratio 20∶ 1;the optimum dyeing process of the modified cotton fabrics were:direct dyes 2%(o.w.f.)and dyeing at 90℃.Compared with the traditional process,this method has advantages of shorten process cycle,lower production cost and less environmental pollution.
