摘要 在前期研究基础上,固定鸡毛蛋白助剂交联改性羊毛条工艺,研究醋酸用量、染色温度、染色时间、媒染剂用量、媒染时间对鸡毛蛋白助剂交联改性羊毛条酸性媒介染料染色性能的影响,优化改性羊毛条酸性媒介染料染色工艺条件,评价改性效果。结果表明,改性羊毛条染色时,醋酸用量减少,染色温度降低,染色时间缩短,上染百分率提高,染色深度K/S值增大,而且媒染剂用量有所降低,耐摩擦色牢度有所提高。 The modifying technology conditions of wool top modified by chicken feather protein auxiliary were fixed according to the previously study.The effect of dosage of acetic acid,dyeing temperature,dyeing time,and the dosage of mordant and mordant time on dyeing ability of the modified wool top dyed with acid mordant dye was studied.Dyeing technology conditions of the modified wool top were optimized.The results showed that the dyeing ability of the modified wool top dyed with acid mordant dyes was improved obviously,which can reduce the dosage of acetic acid,decrease dyeing temperature,shorten dyeing time and lessen the dosage of mordant and curtail mordant time,and can increase dye up-take and enhance the depth of shade,and improve rub fastness.The study can utilize the waste effectively,and develop new application areas of the wastes.
