摘要
探讨鸡毛蛋白助剂浸轧法固色工艺条件对活性染料染色棉织物耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度的影响,确定出最佳浸轧固色工艺.结果表明,活性染料染色的棉织物采用鸡毛蛋白助剂固色后,棉织物的耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均有所提高.为有效利用废弃物,开发绿色环保固色剂提供新的途径.
The effect of fixing technology conditions on the washing fastness and the friction fastness of the cottonfabric dyed with reactive dyes by pad process was discussed. Then the fixing technology conditions were optimized. The result indicates that the washing fastness and the friction fastness of the dyed cotton fabric fixed with a chicken feather protein agent are enhanced. This study offer a new way for using abandoned protein effectively and for developing a green fixing agent.
