摘要
目的探讨围手术期访视对提高患者对护理服务的满意度。方法采用术前访视、术中护理、术后访视等方式了解患者生理心理的需求,及时给予解决,缓解对手术的恐惧焦虑心理。结果经过围手术期访视,患者对护理满意度明显提高。结论围手术期访视能明显缓解手术患者及家属的紧张焦虑心理,有利于患者健康恢复。
Objective To investigate the perioperative supervision to improve the patients to nursing service satisfaction. Methods The preoperative supervision, intraoperative and postoperative nursing supervision way to learn physiological and psychological needs of patients, promptly solve, alleviate the fear of surgery psychological anxiety. Results After perioperative supervision, surgery patients to care satisfaction obviously improved. Conclusion Perioperative supervision patients, can significantly ease surgery patients and family members of the nervous psychological anxiety, be helpful for patients after recovery.
