摘要
目的探讨分阶段健康教育对乳腺癌患者手术效果的影响。方法将75例女性乳腺癌患者随机分成健康教育组(n=38)和执行常规入院宣教、出院指导的对照组(n=37)。健康教育组由责任护士分别在入院当天、术前2d、术前1d、手术当天、术后1d、术后5d、出院前1d 7个阶段对患者及家属进行不同内容的健康教育和训练指导。比较2组按期手术率、术后并发症发生率、平均住院天数及患者满意度情况。结果健康教育组与对照组的按期手术率、术后并发症发生率、平均住院天数及患者满意度比较均差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论分阶段健康教育能提高患者对手术的依从性,减少手术后并发症,缩短平均住院天数,提高患者满意率,有利于术后康复。
Objective In order to know the influence of gradual health education on operative effects for patients with breast cancer. Methods Divided 75 female patients with breast cancer into the health education group (38 cases) and control group (37 cases) randomly, routine nursing cares were used in control group, while the gradual health education was used in the health education group. Com- pared the incidence rate of postoperative complications, average days in hospital, satifactory level of patients between the two groups. Results All the indexes which had been compared between the two group were better in the health education group than those of in control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Gradual health education can effectively improve the compliance of patients for operation, avoid postoperative comolications, and then imorove their quality of life.
