摘要
目的评价曲马多联合芬太尼在严重烧伤创面换药中的镇痛效果。方法 210例严重烧伤患者随机分为A、B、C组各70例,分别采用曲马多、芬太尼单独及联合镇痛。结果换药各时点及换药结束30min A、B组VAS评分均显著高于C组(P<0.05);换药开始、换药5min A、B组HR、SBP、DBP显著高于C组(P<0.05)。结论曲马多联合芬太尼应用于严重烧伤创面换药镇痛安全有效,是一种较为理想的镇痛方案。
Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of tramadol combined with fentanyl for severe burn injury dress changing. Methods All of 210 cases with severe burn injury were randomly divided into A, B, C group with 70 cases in each were respectively given tramadol and fentanyl by separate or combined way. Results The VAS scores of A and B group were significantly higher than C group in each dress changing time point and after 30min（P〈0.05）. The HR,SBP, DBP of A and B group were s^ignificantly higher thanC group in dress changing began and 5rain （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anal- gesia of tramadol combined with fentanyl for severe burn injury dress changing is safe and effective.
