摘要
研究目的:探讨踏板操的健身功效,为踏板操在健身领域中的推广提供实验依据。方法:对健身房内参加踏板操锻炼的32名职业女性锻炼前后身体形态指标、心肺功能和相关脂代谢指标进行测试。结果:1)受试者安静心率与练习前相比显著降低(P<0.05),台阶指数肺活量、用力肺活量等肺功能指标显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)经过6个月踏板操练习后,体重、体脂百分比、体脂重等指标都显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),瘦体重和显著升高(P<0.05)。3)受试者血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)水平极显著降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)水平极显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:踏板操练习可以有效改善受试者心肺功能身体成份和脂代谢水平,是一种较好的健身运动方式,可以在大众健身领域推广。
Objective: To explore the body-building function of the step aerobics so as to provide experimental basis for the promotion of the exercise in the body-building field. Methods: test the body shape indicator, heart and lung function and relative lipid metabolism indicators of 32 professional females before and after the step aerobics exercise. Results: 1) Compared with the indicators before the exercise, their heart rates at rest were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05) . The exercise indicators, such as the vital capacity (VC), FVC and other indicators of lung function significantly or very significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01) . 2) After 6 months' step aero- bic exercises, their weight, body fat percentage (BF), body fat weight (BF) and other indicators reduced signif- icantly or very significantly ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Lean body mass index and level significantly or very significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) . 3) The serum triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) levels reduced significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HI)L-c) were increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01) . Conclusion: The step aerobics can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function, body composition and fat metabolism of the subjects. It is a good exercise method which can be promoted in the body-building field.
