摘要
简述了我国油套管的发展状况,利用焊管机组生产油套管的技术优势及其生产工艺。重点对焊管机组直接生产油套管和焊管经热张力减径生产油套管的技术特点和工艺方案进行了分析和比较,指出焊接油套管生产应注意的问题和建议。
Development of OCTG in China and also the technical advantage and production process in manufacturing OCTG by a tube welding mill are introduced briefly. Especially the technical features and process projects of manufacturing OCTG by a tube welding mill directly or from welded tubes with hot stretch reducing approach are analyzed and compared. Some avoidable problems and feasible suggestions for manufacturing OCTG by a tube welding mill are put forward.
