摘要
针对海外某HFW套管项目技术要求远高于常规API标准要求的特点,分析用户附加标准PDVSA EM-18-00/10,提出J55钢级HFW套管的材料要求、工艺路线及检(试)验要求,并对制管和检(试)验结果进行分析。分析认为:生产的成品具有良好的塑性、强度和韧性,较小的残余应力,较好的抗沟槽腐蚀性能,各性能满足API Spec 5CT—2011标准和用户附加技术要求。
Addressing the technical requirements as for a certain overseas HFW casing project which are far more stringent than normal applicable API specification, the PDVSA EM-18-00/10 specification as attached by the customer to the contract is analyzed, based on which, requirements for the materials, the process route and inspection/test requirements for the J55 HFW casing are proposed. And the pipe-making and inspection/test results are also analyzed. Relevant analysis leads to such a conclusion that the final-finished pipe is in possession of good plasticity, strength and toughness, small residual stress, and good groove corrosion resistance, having been in all aspects up to the requirements as specified under API Spee 5CT--2011 and the attached PDVSA EM-18-00/10 specification.
