摘要
我国焊管工业的现状是品种单一，小口径机组多，大中口径机组少，高档次焊管少，特殊用途的焊管发展缓慢。根据这一现状，提出应发展焊管新品种，开发耐高压、大壁厚高强度、高韧性的油气输送管、高压锅炉管、油井用管及高强度机械管等高质量焊管。文章还分析了焊管工业技术装备现状及发展趋势，指出了产业结构的调整措施。
The current situation of the welding pipe industry in China is single variety, a few of large or medium diameter sets and low development of welding pipe for special usage. According to the conditions, developing the varieties of welding pipe with good quality including the pipes with resistance to high pressure, thickness and high strength pipes, high toughness oil or gas pipes, high pressure boiler pipes. pipes for oil-well and pipes with high mechanical properties are proposed. The paper analyze current situation of technology equipment in welding pipe industry and tendency to develop in future, and also pose the adjusted measure for industrial structure.
