摘要
[目的]观察川芎嗪、生脉注射液联合西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效。[方法]将106例随机分为两组。对照组52例西医常规对症处理。治疗组54例川芎嗪、生脉注射液静滴1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。观测主要症状、体征、心功能及血流动力学指标。治疗1个疗程(15d)进行疗效判定。[结果]显效率和总有效率治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01),心率(HR)、每搏量(SV)、心排出量(CO)及射血分数(EF)两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]川芎嗪、生脉注射液联合西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病可明显改善症状及血流动力学指标。
[Objective] To observe Ligustrazine injection and Shengmai injection on the efficacy of chronic pulmonary heart disease.[Method] 106 subjects were randomly divided into two groups.The control group 52 cases with western medicine treat routine.Treatment group of 54 Ligustrazine injection,Shengmai injection static drops 1 / d;Western medicine therapy with those in the control group.Observation main symptoms,signs,and cardiac hemodynamic parameters.A course for 1（15 d） outcome.[Result] significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the treatment group were better than control group（P0.01）,heart rate（HR）,each cardiac amount（SV）,cardiac output（CO） and ejection fraction（EF） both groups have improved（P0.05）,the treatment group improve than in control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion] Ligustrazine injection and Shengmai injection for the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease,its effect is significant,and the security side effects.
