摘要
目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择我院64例慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(31例)。对照组采用抗感染、强心利尿等西医综合治疗;治疗组在西医综合治疗基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液,观察并比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组显效率78.8%,总有效率97.0%,明显优于对照组显效率45.2%,总有效率74.2%,两组比较具有显著性差异;治疗组LVEF及E/A均增加,LVRT显著缩短,差异有显著性;治疗组在用药过程中或结束后,绝大多数患者均能耐受,并且完成疗程,无明显不良反应。结论慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者应用丹参川芎嗪注射液可改善患者心功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective Salvia Ligustrazine observed treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods Our hospital 64 cases of heart failure with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group (33 cases) and control group (31 cases).Anti-infection control group,cardiac diuretic treatment such as TCM and Western medicine;TCM and Western medicine therapy in the treatment group based on the use Salvia ligustrazine,observe and compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results The treatment group obviously efficiency 78.8%,the total effectiveness 97.0%,obviously surpass the control group obviously efficiency 45.2%,total effectiveness 74.2%,between two groups has the significance difference;Treatment group LVEF and E/A increase,the LVRT remarkable reduction,the difference has the significance;The treatment group or had finished after the medication process,the overwhelming majority patient even ability receives,and completes the treatment course,not obvious untoward effect.Conclusion Chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with heart failure can improve Salvia ligustrazine cardiac function and improve quality of life.
