摘要
目的:比较萨勃心肺复苏机与标准心肺复苏(cardio pulmonary resuscitation,CPR)的护理方法和复苏效果。方法:将150例CPR患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组76例在常规治疗的基础上采用萨勃心肺复苏机并进行护理;对照组74例在标准CPR下进行护理,排除就诊时间影响因素后,比较两组在抢救中的成功率。结果:观察组复苏成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理效果显著优于对照组。结论:萨勃机在CPR中有重大意义,值得临床全面推广。
Objective：To compare the nursing methods and resuscitation effects of the Thumper cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） machine and the standard CPR.Methods：150 cases of CPR were randomly divided into two groups.In the base of conventional treatment,the observation group（76 cases） adopted the Thumper CPR machine and was performed nursing care,while the control group（74 cases） was performed nursing care under standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The rescue success rates,excluding impact factors of visiting time for emergency,were compared between the two groups.Results：The resuscitation success rate in the Thumper CPR machine was significantly higher than that in the standard CPR with statistical difference（P0.05）.The nursing effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion：The Thumper CPR machine is of great significance to cardiopulmonary resuscitation and is worthy of being fully popularized in clinic.
