摘要
目的探讨建立我国中药注射剂不良反应救济制度。方法介绍国外药品不良反应救济制度,对比我国现有制度的不足,分析我国现阶段中药注射剂不良反应救济制度现状及建立该救济制度可能遇到的困难,并提出解决困难的建议。结果与结论我国应加快建立中药注射剂不良反应救济制度,以保障患者的合法权益并能促进中药注射剂制药企业的发展。
Objective To explore the relief system of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injection adverse reactions. Methods With Introducing the foreign relief system of adverse drug reactions and contrasting our existing system, we analyze the status quo of relief system of TCM injection adverse reactions and give advice to solve the difficulty. Results ＆ Conclusion In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests and advance the development of TCM injection pharmaceutical business, we should establish the relief system of TCM injection adverse reactions.
