摘要
目的评价医院中药注射剂应用情况,为临床合理用药和提高药品管理水平提供参考。方法通过住院药房医院信息管理系统数据库检索,采用金额排序法和限定日剂量分析法分析医院2012年至2014年中药注射剂的应用情况。结果医院中药注射剂销售金额年均增长率达44.38%,年销售金额和用药频度呈逐年增加趋势。无论是年销售额还是频度,康艾注射液始终稳定地排第1位,一些价格相对偏高或不良反应较突出的制剂在临床的使用量逐渐下降。结论中药注射剂在医院应用广泛,临床使用较合理。近年来肿瘤类中药注射剂使用量增长迅速,须加强用药管理和不良反应监测。
Objective To evaluate the application of TCM injection in a hospital,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs and drug management.Methods The utilization data of the medicines from 2012 to 2014 were selected from the HIS,which were analyzed statistically by sequencing of consumption sum and defined daily dose( DDD) method.Results The mean annual incremental rate of the sales amount of TCM injection in the hospital was 44.38%,the sales amount and DDDs of these medicines increased year by year.Kangai injection took up the first place of sales amount and DDDs,the application of a few preparations was confined in the hospital because of the price and adverse drug reaction.Conclusion TCM injection is widely used in the hospital,and the application of TCM injection is reasonable relatively.The utilization of anti- cancer TCM injections increased rapidly,it is important to intensify the drug management and monitoring of adverse drug reactions.
