摘要
目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸联合阿维A治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将96例扁平疣患者随机分为3组,A组予以卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2ml,肌肉注射,隔日1次,共18次;阿维A胶囊20mg,随牛奶或主餐口服,1次/d;B组予以卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2mL,肌肉注射,隔日1次,共18次;C组予以阿维A胶囊20mg,随牛奶或主餐口服,1次/天;3组均同时外用0.1%维A酸乳膏,连续36d。结果 A组有效率87.50%,B组有效率84.38%,C组有效率68.75%。A组与B组的有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.129,p>0.05),但治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.063,p<0.05);A组与C组的有效率比较有显著性差异(χ2=4.48,p<0.05);B组与C组的有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.755,p>0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合阿维A治疗扁平疣较两药分别单用为好,疗效肯定,副作用小,复发率低。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection and acitretin in teeatment of verruca plana. Methods ： 96 cases of verruca plana patient were stochastically divided into 3 groups , Having group A given BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection 2ml, intramuscular, every other day one time, altogether 18 times; acitretin capsule 20mg, along with milk or main meal oral administration, 1 /d; group B given BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection 2ml, intramuscular, every other day one time, altogether 18 times; group C given acitretin capsule 20rag, along with milk or main meal oral administration, 1/d. At same time, 3 group patients were given external use 0. 1% tretinoin cream, lasted 36 days. Results： The effectiveness of Group A was 87.50%, the effectiveness of Group B 84.38%, the effectiveness of Group C 68. 75%. A group compares the non -significance difference with B group of effectiveness （x2 =0. 129, p 〉0. 05 ）, but the cure rate comparison has the significance difference （x2 = 5. 063, p 〈 O. 05 ） ; A group has the significance difference with C group of effectiveness comparison （x2 = 4. 48, p 〈 0. 05 ） ; B group compares the non - significance difference with C group of effectiveness （ x2 = 2. 755, p 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusions： BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection and acitretin to treat the verruca plana compared to two medicine distinction alone application for good, the curative effect affirmed, the side effect is small, the recurrence rate is low.
