摘要 目的了解不同种源丹参在四川中江石泉引种栽培后的质量变化情况。方法采用高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)法测定不同种源丹参引种栽培后的水溶性和脂溶性成分含量,运用SAS统计软件分析引种前后丹参有效成分含量变化情况,采用系统聚类法分析样品之间的亲疏程度。结果不同种源的丹参引种后的有效成分含量仍存在差异,山东、河南、四川中江集凤镇等产地丹参在四川中江引种后,有效成分含量依然较高,而河北、山东部分地区的丹参在引种后由引种前质量较佳变为引种后质量较次或者由较次变为较佳。结论丹参的质量受到遗传和环境饰变的双重作用,环境的饰变也是影响丹参质量的重要因素。 Objective To analyze the quality change on the introduction of Salvia miltiorrhiza from different provenances in Zhongjiang Shiquan of Sichuan. Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was adopted to determine the water soluble and fat soluble components of Salivia Miltorrhiza introduced from different provenances,and SAS software was used to analyze the results. Hierarchial cluster analysis was used to analysis the relationship between different Salivia Miltorrhiza. Results The quality of those introduced Salvia miltiorrhiza from different provenances were different. The active ingredient content of Salvia miltiorrhiza intrducing from Shandong, Henan,and Jifeng town of Zhongjiang of Sichuan, etc. was still higher; but the quality of those who were introduced from other regions, such as Hebei, parts of Shandong, was obviously decreased. Conclusion The quality of Salvia rniltiorrhiza introducing from different regions is mainly affected by genetic factor and ecological adaptation character, and ecological adaptation character is an important factor of quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza too.
