摘要
总结将"冬梅护理"融入优质服务的实践与体会。为完善和发扬"冬梅护理",通过自查、邀请专家"诊脉",查找开展优质护理服务存在的问题有:护理人员对优质护理服务认识不足;医生与患者不理解;护理人力资源管理不到位;内涵建设薄弱;支持系统无保障。针对问题,将"冬梅护理"与优质服务相结合,召开"冬梅护理优质服务"推进会,转变观念,提高护理人员对优质服务的认识,各科室就创建优质护理服务提出新举措;增进沟通,让患者或家属了解实施基础护理对促进康复的重要作用,密切医护、护患间的关系;院领导高度重视"冬梅护理"优质服务的创建,扩编护理队伍,培养学科人才,采取责任制包干,加强冬梅护理内涵建设,落实后勤保障服务,实行多渠道奖励等办法,推行优质护理服务。将"冬梅护理"融入优质服务提高了患者满意度及护理质量;护士权益得到保障,提高了护士的工作积极性;护理人力资源优化,护理服务质量提升快,"冬梅护理"在全省范围推广,提升了医院服务品牌。
This paper summarized the practice and experience of combining Dongmei nursing with quality nursing.At first,problems such as insufficient knowledge of quality nursing,inadequate communication with doctors and patients,poor nursing management and support system were identified.Then,In order to carry forward and improve Dongmei nursing,various measures were taken in practice.In each department,nursing staff improved their knowledge of quality nursing and communications between medical staff and patients were intensified.In addition,great importance was attached to the cultivation of nursing talents and the improvement of nursing management and support system.With the combination of Dongmei nursing and quality nursing,nursing quality is greatly improved and patients are more satisfied.Meanwhile,nurses＇ right has been well safeguard,which in turn,enhances nurses＇ enthusiasm.The promotion of Dongmei nursing at provincial level benefits the improvement of the service for patients in the hospital.
