摘要
文章采用回顾性调查法,对某院160名护理人员调离临床一线的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应对策,以扭转护理人员离开临床一线的倾向,提高病房床位与护理人员的比例,进而保证护理质量。
Through retrospective investigation, this article analyzed the leaving reasons of 160 nurses and put forward corresponding measures to change the trend of leaving clinical work in nurses, increase the proportion between beds and nurses and ensure nursing quality.
