摘要
通过对骨科护患纠纷的原因分析,提出应从改善工作环境、落实护士激励、加强人文知识和专业技能培训、转变护理服务理念、加强健康宣教以及营造人文社会环境等方面采取措施,达到提高护理质量、减少护患纠纷、促进护患和谐的目的 。
Based on cause analysis on nurse - patient dispute, the paper proposed measures to improve the quality of care, reduce the medical disputes, and promote harmony between nurses and patients, which included improvement of working environ ment, encouraging nurses to implement measures to enhance humanity knowledge and professional skills training, transforming conception of nursing service, enhancement of health education, actively creating a humanity and social environment.
